About Individual Training
Completely customizable one-on-one lessons. The structure of the session is based on the player's current level and goals. The hour-long sessions typically include elements of technique, tactical awareness, speed, agility, conditioning, and mental training. All of these elements are essential for the development of the complete player. The sessions typically have a "theme," focusing on one or two technical aspects of the game (shooting, passing, first touch, long balls, defending, decision making, etc) that the client wants to improve on. Players will leave each session with drills to work on at home. Coaches actively participate in the sessions demonstrating techniques, acting as an opponent, & playing balls.
